About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead operational excellence initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless plant operations. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence goals
  • Implement changes to improve plant safety, quality, and environmental sustainability

We offer a competitive salary package of Rs. 18,000 - 22,000 per month (CTC) based on qualifications and experience. This role requires a strong background in operations management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
