Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RMC Sales Executive to join our team at our Akola location. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our RMC business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including regular site visits and communication.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of RMC products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with RMC products and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
