Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Coordination**:

- Receive and process customer orders and requests.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
- **Logistics Management**:

- Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely preparation and loading of goods.
- Monitor and track the status of deliveries and shipments.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
- Communicate delivery schedules, delays, and issues with all stakeholders.
- Resolve any problems or complaints regarding delivery services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and transactions.
- Generate and submit reports on delivery performance, delays, and issues.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for operation.
- Promote and adhere to safety standards and practices.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or transportation management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a dispatch officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of logistics software and dispatch systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations effectively.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
