**Job Title**: Hostel Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Operational Supervision**:

- Manage and supervise daily hostel operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Ensure compliance with all hostel policies and procedures.

2. **Communication & Reporting**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between students, staff, and owners.
- Regularly report on the hostel's status, including any maintenance issues, student concerns, and operational updates to the owners.

3. **Student Support**:

- Address any issues or problems faced by students, such as accommodation-related grievances, and ensure their concerns are properly communicated to the relevant department for resolution.
- Foster a positive living environment for students, encouraging communication and cooperation among residents.

4. **Maintenance & Upkeep**:

- Monitor the hostel's physical condition and ensure timely repair of any wear and tear.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for prompt repairs and upgrades when necessary.

5. **Inventory & Supplies Management**:

- Oversee stock levels of hostel supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain a record of inventory and ensure efficient resource usage.

6. **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure hostel safety regulations are adhered to, including fire safety and emergency protocols.
- Handle any emergency situations effectively, ensuring the safety of all students and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in management, preferably in a hostel, residential, or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
