A business is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Website Management: Manage website content, publish blogs, events, and multimedia, and introduce new features as needed.
- Web Hosting and Domain Management: Handle web hosting and domain management for existing and new projects.
- SEO Optimization: Improve SEO rankings through regular audits, keyword optimization, and analytics tracking.
- Websites Maintenance: Ensure websites remain fast, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Google Workspace Management: Manage Google Workspace across all domains (email setup, permissions, troubleshooting).
- Email Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Email Journey Setup: Set up automated journeys and sequences (e.g. onboarding series, re-engagement flows, pledge follow-ups).
- Email Content Creation: Draft and edit subject lines, preview text, and body copy in collaboration with content leads.
- Email Testing and Monitoring: Test, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns for better open, click, and conversion rates.
- Audience Segmentation: Segment lists by interest, behavior, and engagement to ensure targeted outreach.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain clean, updated supporter databases.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Track and report campaign performance using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters.
- Data Insights Translation: Translate data insights into recommendations for improved engagement.
- Deliverability and Compliance: Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR) and optimize deliverability through authentication protocols.
- Technical Setup: Work with technical consultants when advanced troubleshooting or integrations are needed.
- Email Strategy Alignment: Align email strategies with broader campaign objectives.
- Integration and Collaboration: Support integration of email into multi-channel campaigns and collaborate with communications and campaign teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Required Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing or CRM communications.
- Demonstrated experience in website management, SEO optimization, and Google Workspace administration.
- Proficiency with Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Strong grasp of segmentation, automation, analytics, and deliverability best practices.
- Ability to draft clear, compelling copy in collaboration with content creators.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM tracking for conversions.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and comfort with remote collaboration.
