Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Salary Estimate: ₹8 Lacs - ₹12 Lacs per annum.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Management Solutions: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and ensure business continuity.
- Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including data collection, policy issuance, and ongoing support.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business through strategic partnerships, networking events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to remain a subject matter expert.
Academic Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products.
