Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales and Support Associate.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support while driving sales growth.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from customers via multiple channels
  • Manage and run successful campaigns
  • Carry out sales and support tasks as directed by management
  • Ensure consistent, detail-oriented communication and follow-through on all customer interactions
  • Assist in achieving productivity and meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Inventory management skills using SKU Vault
  • Shipstation experience

Additionally, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or customer support roles
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Resilient, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines
  • Experience with customer-facing communication across multiple channels
