Bharti AXA Life Insurance is a leading life insurance provider in India, offering value-for-money life insurance and savings solutions.
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead CRM and Complaint system projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.
This role requires a detail-driven professional with hands-on knowledge of Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle.
The ideal candidate will participate in IT team or functional department as a point of contact for system requirements or change requests.
A strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and depth knowledge of Post-Issuance journeys and processes within the Life Insurance domain are necessary.
Prior experience in production support is preferred, along with familiarity with JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills are required to handle queries and route them correctly at L1 level.
Key Responsibilities:- Hands-on knowledge of Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle.
- Participate in IT team or functional department as a point of contact for system requirements or change requests.
- Strong production support skills, including resource and time management ability.
- SQL queries
- VAPT risk and mitigation
- .Net (Desirable)
- 7+ years of experience post-qualification.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations.
