About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact in customer satisfaction and retention.

As part of our Support Team, you will handle escalated queries from customers regarding our service and collaborate with partners to provide a solution - monitoring the customer's issue from start to finish to ensure it is resolved in a timely manner.

You will have strong communication skills and be confident in building relationships as well as resolving complex queries passed to you by the Support team.

Your main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolving escalated customer issues/complaints
  • Collaborating with partners to agree on a solution and monitor issue progress
  • Aiming to resolve issues as quickly as possible and working towards agreed SLAs
  • Monitoring trends in issues and reducing repeated complaints
  • Assisting the Support team in handling general customer inquiries

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a passion for delivering best-in-class customer support
  • Have at least 3 years experience in handling customer complaints in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Be able to build rapport with colleagues in your own and other teams

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 08.00am - 17.00pm GMT
