Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Automation Engineer.

  • This role requires designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks for mobile and web applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and Postman.
  • Proficient in writing BDD scenarios using Gherkin/Cucumber and integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop automation frameworks for both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
  2. Develop scalable mobile automation tests using Appium or native mobile tools.
  3. Write clean, maintainable automation scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  4. Implement BDD scenarios using Cucumber/Gherkin (if required).
  5. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
  6. Conduct API and integration test automation using relevant tools.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience building automation frameworks with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on expertise in Playwright and/or Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Solid experience in mobile automation, preferably using Appium or equivalent tool.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies: functional, regression, smoke, integration.
  • Proficient in writing BDD scenarios (if tech stack includes Gherkin/Cucumber).
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of REST API testing tools (Postman, JMeter, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in Agile teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
