Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee project deployments across North India. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, and able to manage operational aspects of project execution from site setup to successful delivery.

About the Role:

  • The Operations Manager will plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.
  • This includes establishing operational infrastructure, managing on-site resources, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • The role also involves acting as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • In addition, the Operations Manager will supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Monitoring operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards is also a key responsibility.
  • Preparing and submitting regular progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and next steps is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Setup & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.
  • Site Management: Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Quality & Compliance: Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and next steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory).
