This individual contributor role requires someone who can deeply understand product requirements, implement end-to-end solutions, and coordinate effectively while maintaining focus on user experience and business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Bridge the gap between engineering and product requirements, deeply understanding product vision, business logic, and end-user needs
- Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle
- Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery
- Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability
- Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders
- Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders
- Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams
- Instill feedback-driven development and experimentation culture across product and engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination
- Strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.)
- Experience with API development, integration, and database management
- Product thinking with strong mindset for user experience and business value
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows
- Understanding of testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and feature validation
