Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving the process of orientation in driving business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring completion of mandatory online modules by all employees
  • Completing skill certification process for front-line employees
  • Identifying training needs through various channels
  • Preparing the training calendar
  • Coordinating with HR Team Lead

You will also focus on developing people, ensuring effective liaison with Human Resources team for conducting employee engagement activities and assisting in reward and recognition programs.
