Job Opportunity

The Veeva Platform Sr. Associate plays a pivotal role in establishing the foundation of our digital platform, delivering high-quality projects and enhancements at enterprise scale.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and delivery of cutting-edge Veeva Platform solutions in accordance with business requirements and Agile SAFe methodologies.
  • Monitor and document product development based on defined technology roadmaps.
  • Develop project plans and prioritization strategies centered around business value and ROI.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues or performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, security protocols, and industry best practices related to Veeva implementation and deployment.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement of Veeva platform products.
  • Assist with change management across Pfizer R&D by effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A combination of HS Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience OR a bachelors degree with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience as an individual contributor practitioner.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in Veeva Implementation, program management, business analysis, and/or cloud implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to debug and optimize applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for exploring emerging technologies and driving innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management practices.
