Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Innovation Specialist to join our team. This role involves conceptualizing and developing innovative ideas for lifestyle products across various categories.

The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, be able to analyze trends and competitors, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, they should have a keen eye for design and be able to translate creative ideas into practical product designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Concept Ideation & Development: Brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for lifestyle products across categories (e.g., home decor, fashion accessories, wellness items).
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Monitor global lifestyle trends, consumer behavior, and cultural influences to identify opportunities for new product categories.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure concept feasibility and market relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
