Culinary Role Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled Dessert Production Specialist to join our culinary team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Pastry Cook in a high-end hotel, resort, cruise ship, or convention catering service (shipboard experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment use, and maintenance is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education completed is required.
