We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of compliance practices across our organization. This critical role requires embedding security, privacy, and governance into every aspect of our business.

This includes developing structured playbooks, automation, and mentorship support to ensure clarity and autonomy for our teams while operating with real-time dashboards and clear risk registers.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in Privacy, InfoSec, or Compliance and will be responsible for partnering with Product, Engineering, IT, and Vendors to embed Privacy by Design into every layer.

They will also develop resilient, audit-ready foundations that power global growth and ensure that compliance is not just about passing audits but enabling trust, speed, and execution at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed Privacy by Design

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Privacy, InfoSec, or Compliance
  • Strong understanding of ISO, SOC2, GDPR, and DPDP practices
