The Opportunity

We seek an initiative-driven and diligent enterprise lawyer to join our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the organisation's contractual arrangements with vendors, ensuring agreements satisfy applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Procure appropriate legal templates for use.
  • Provide support to stakeholders as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research, analytical and drafting skills.
  • Business acumen.
