Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and accounts, creating and delivering presentations, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and planning pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities, as well as managing digital marketing and social media content calendars.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders.
About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and relationships
  • Create and deliver presentations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate and plan pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities
  • Manage digital marketing and social media content calendars
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Experience in the advertising or media industry
  • Fluency in multiple languages
