This position provides order fulfillment account management for our India market by partnering with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Credit and Collections to deliver exceptional service from order acceptance to delivery.

The Role

  • Process email purchase orders through Salesforce and SAP, ensuring timely validation, availability checks, and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with key departments on order backlog, prioritization, and product allocations.
  • Provide inside sales support, including customer master data management, credit, purchasing, logistics, and sales interface.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, responding in a timely manner, and consistently review backlogs to ensure compliance with company booking policy.
  • Complete self-training modules in SAP as needed and log customer complaints in SAP.

  • Ability to work proactively, exercise judgment, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work productively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong system skills, including Microsoft Office, with preferred experience in SAP and Salesforce systems.

Key Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business or relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management and customer service in a high-tech environment.
  • Basis accounting knowledge, understanding of international trade principles, and possibilities.
