Our finance leadership role encompasses overseeing end-to-end accounts receivable and order-to-cash processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the complete AR/O2C process from vendor payments to cash receipts and reconciliation activities.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS IS CRUCIAL AS WE EXPECT THE CANDIDATE TO ADDRESS BILLING OR PAYMENT CONCERNS PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
  • The selected candidate will supervise a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Continuous review and improvement of AR processes, systems, and procedures are necessary to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATION TOOLS OR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS WILL STREAMLINE WORKFLOWS AND REDUCE MANUAL EFFORTS.
  • Cash flow monitoring by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections is essential.
  • Accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs must be prepared and analyzed for management and financial reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • A certified accountant with 4-6 years of work experience in the travel industry/B2B setup.
  • Experience in Big4 is preferred.
  • IFRS/Ind-AS knowledge is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities are necessary.
