Digital Marketing Account Manager (Paid Media, Content, Social, Web)

Magma is a white-label marketing and web execution partner. We support agencies and brands in the US, UK, and Australia with paid media, content marketing, social media management, and web development.

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and takes full ownership of client success. This is not a routine 9-to-5. We want someone sharp, proactive, and ready to hustle to deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client communication across paid ads, content, social media, and website projects
  • Oversee timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Join client calls during US time zones (EST or PST overlap required)
  • Review and quality-check all deliverables before sending to clients
  • Identify risks early and solve problems quickly
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing agency, advertising, or client services role
  • Strong knowledge of at least two areas: Google Ads, Meta Ads, content production, social media strategy, WordPress/Webflow
  • Comfortable working with US clients and attending late-evening calls if needed
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and committed to client satisfaction
  • Fast learner with strong organizational and communication skills
