Our team is looking for a skilled Regulatory Manager to lead our regulatory reporting operations.

Job Description:
  • Oversee a high-performing team of regulatory reporting professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics aligned with departmental and organizational objectives, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify training needs for the team to ensure they have the skills required to meet their responsibilities.
  • Manage daily regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness across various regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting breaks, escalations, and process gaps, implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Ensure procedures, controls, and governance frameworks are consistently applied across the team, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing external counterparty and client relationships to foster strong partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver Management Information (MIS) dashboards and KPI reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor operational metrics and proactively identify areas for efficiency and automation, driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead governance and control initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and readiness for audits and inspections.

The ideal candidate will have experience in MiFiD, SFTR, EMIR, DTCC, Basel, UnaVista, or Regis-TR, and a deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
