Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex change projects in financial and regulatory reporting, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement automation solutions for regulatory and risk reporting, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Develop detailed project plans, identify risks, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate project updates and generate regular status reports to key stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Manage team mentoring, project management, and client delivery, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Understand clients' businesses, industries, and markets, making recommendations for continuous improvement and driving growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in consulting, product management, and financial services.
  • Chartered Accountant or MBA degree required.
  • Ability to write and speak fluent English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
