Learning and Development Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to drive our sales training programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training solutions that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging training programs that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to craft learning solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and deliver activity-based, peer-to-peer, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Use Generative AI and LLMs to create personalized content and assessments.
  • Measure training effectiveness and tie it back to performance on the ground.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in instructional design and facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze skill gaps and turn them into training opportunities.
  • Experience working with Generative AI and LLMs is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales training.
