Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes within manufacturing operations and be able to translate them into functional requirements for process management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of process management functionalities, including process execution, product development, quality control, inventory management, work-in-progress tracking, bill of materials, and costing.
  • Gain extensive experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation and configuration, with knowledge of underlying database structures.
  • Configure and implement process management modules within the ERP system, including setting up master data, defining production processes, and configuring costing parameters.
  • Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design solutions within the process management framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with process management software and technologies, including Oracle OPM and EBS R12.
