Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Associate Credit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality credit analysis and support to the US lending team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft comprehensive credit memos for transactions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions, identifying potential risks and mitigating strategies.
  • Collaborate with the US lending team to achieve timely and efficient deal execution, maintaining excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, working effectively across multiple transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of credit analysis/underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Prior experience in investor relations is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals and financial modeling.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
