Bar Manager Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests.

  • Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the hotel's lounge while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, supervisors, and assistant managers in the hotel's specialty bar to ensure established cultural and core standards are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent beverage knowledge, have a maverick personality, excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude. Prior experience in the Bengaluru Bar scene is an added advantage.

About the Position:

  • This is a Department Head position that requires work authorization to work in India.
  • The Bar Manager will be responsible for long-range strategic planning for outlet operation, selecting and training staff, controlling labor and operating expenses, and observing physical condition of facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel restaurant management or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in Specialty Bar in a hotel or stand-alone set up is required.
  • Prior experience in the Bengaluru Bar scene will be an added advantage.
