  • We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the creation and iteration of complex user experiences.

A Day in the Life

  • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to navigate roadblocks and ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct and synthesize research to ensure customer needs are met and the right problems are being solved.
  • Lead design reviews, sharing work regularly with peers, leadership, and customers.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback on product strategy and interaction design.
  • Dedicate time to strategic thinking and assess how design decisions influence business outcomes.

What We Need

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with expertise in presenting to customers and stakeholders at a strategic level.
  • Strong advocacy for iterative design approaches in agile product development environments.
  • Mastery of Figma and other design/product management tools.
  • Experience working with and contributing to scalable design systems.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.
  • Attention to visual craft, including composition, typography, and layout.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • U.S. Healthcare industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience designing both B2B, B2C, and SaaS products and experiences.
  • Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field, postgraduate degree preferred for people manager roles or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience using A.I. tools and a strong understanding of A.I. user experiences.
