Product Design Lead

As a Product Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design strategy and vision for our products. Your expertise in product design will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design processes, systems, and tools to optimize workflows and improve team efficacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Drive design excellence by fostering a culture of growth and mentorship within the team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product design experience, with a strong track record of delivering design solutions for web, mobile, or desktop platforms.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing or mentoring a team of UX and visual designers.
  • A Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (a postgraduate degree is preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • U.S Healthcare industry knowledge and expertise
  • Experience designing both B2B, B2C, and SaaS products and experiences
  • Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field, postgraduate degree preferred for people manager roles or equivalent professional experience
