This is where you come in. We're looking for a professional who can lead the charge in q-commerce and e-commerce, optimize ad spends, and build a growth engine that takes us into every Indian household (and beyond).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Marketplace Growth: Build and manage relationships with leading digital shelves.
  • Own Performance Marketing: Drive ad strategies with a laser focus on ROI and revenue.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that truly move the needle.
  • Optimize Everything: Ensure we always win visibility and trust.
  • Data with Action: Analyze key performance metrics and translate them into actionable growth plans.
  • Build Partnerships: Negotiate visibility slots and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
  • Expand Horizons: Explore new platforms and opportunities to scale our story far and wide.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce.
  • Scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands, especially in ghee, oils, natural/organic foods.
  • Balanced numbers and storytelling skills.
  • Understand CAC, LTV, ROAS, and brand equity.
  • Part of a movement, not just a company where tradition meets modern digital-first growth.
