Technical Leader for Scalable E-Commerce Platforms

The Technical Leader will spearhead the development of scalable e-commerce platforms serving both B2B and B2C customers.

This is a leadership role, not hands-on, but must guide architectural decisions and lead technical excellence across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the build-out of India Development Center from the ground up.
  • Owning the architecture and technical strategy for scalable e-commerce platforms.
  • Guide teams in building performant, secure, and modular systems for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with global product and design teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Strong grasp of platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development.

Requirements:

  • 14-18 years of experience in software engineering.
  • 12+ years in software engineering with expertise in e-commerce domain for 5-6 years.
  • Experience handling teams of 30+.
