At our organization, we are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies. This role requires an individual with expertise in running campaigns across multiple platforms, content planning, SEO, and analytics, as well as a strong sense of branding and a hands-on approach to marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage launch calendars, including social media, ads, and influencer campaigns.
  • Design and execute teaser campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Set up and manage email flows and tracking tools like Google Analytics and UTM.
  • Execute paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and monitor live content, including reels, polls, and stories.
  • Run retargeting ads to maximize conversions.
  • Analyze and optimize digital campaigns for better performance.
  • Work on SEO strategies for sustainable organic growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in E-commerce or Lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google tools, and other campaign tracking systems.
  • Strong skills in social media marketing, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent copywriting and branding sense.
  • Knowledge of SEO and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment with tight deadlines.
