Job Title: Sales Planning and Optimization Leader

  • Job Description: As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning and optimization initiatives across the organization. You will develop and execute comprehensive plans that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of leading S&OP functions with expertise in end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory).
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills, with ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding of team members is a plus.
