The role entails providing tailored financial solutions to meet the working requirements of business banking customers and ensuring exceptional relationship management and customer experience.

The role bearer is responsible for asset acquisition, liabilities growth, and FX deepening. The role will closely collaborate with product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers for business banking with a detailed understanding of credit assessment.
  • Develop strong knowledge on liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships, delinquency management, and analytical skills.
  • Effectively manage the portfolio through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancement, retention, and hygiene maintenance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with branch banking for cross-leveraging and synergy optimization.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels and customers.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Demonstrate ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Understand financial statements, credit assessments, and title-security documents.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation: Any Discipline
  • Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred

5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience required.
