About our Private Credit Team

We are a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics catering to 8 of the top 10 global banks.

This role involves working with a team that specializes in global market research and supports product and sector teams on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

  • Conduct financial spreading (PL, BS, and CF) on an Excel-based model or a lending platform.
  • Identify key performance indicators and create reports for the credit review process.
  • Calculate covenant in line with facility agreements and provide a detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results.
  • Perform annual/quarterly/monthly reviews and populate associated templates.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in finance, economics, or accounting from a reputed institute, with 2+ years of experience in a similar profile.

Key skills include strong accounting and financial skills, an eye for detail, excellent MS Office skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include managing the performance and development of junior team members, providing project management support to senior managers, and interacting regularly with portfolio managers to discuss tasks, templates, and deliverables.

The Private Credit team is dedicated to supporting portfolio managers in the portfolio monitoring process. We work closely with portfolio managers to identify key performance indicators and create reports for the credit review process.
