Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee a portfolio of projects in the Banking and Finance sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complex solutions for Banking and Finance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

">

1. Project Management:

">

* Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.

">

* Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, financial management, and quality standards.

">

2. Stakeholder Management:

">

* Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

">

* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.

">

3. Consulting Services:

">

* Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.

">

4. Sales and Business Development:

">

* Lead sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

">

5. Financial Management:

">

* Own a portfolio of projects, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.

">

6. Team Leadership:

">

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.

">

Required Qualifications:

">

* Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.

">

Experience:

">

* 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

">

* Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio in the Banking and Finance domain focusing on Data & AI service offerings

">

* Experience in managing Large teams of professionals across multiple locations.

">

* Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive large teams to achieve strategic goals.

* Client Management: Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, particularly at the executive level.
