Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned structural engineer to lead our engineering team and drive project success from concept to completion.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for structural engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities to coordinate project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and review structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures, using software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.
  2. Prepare detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis reports.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on structural matters, participating in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
