Structural Stress Engineer Job

We are seeking a skilled Structural Stress Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform stress analysis of aircraft structures using classical methods, ISAMI, GFEM, and DFEM.
  • Extract loads, stresses, material data, geometry details, and fastener specifications from part and assembly drawings.
  • Apply static design values from standard references.
  • Create Finite Element Models (FEMs) using geometric data.
  • Conduct sizing of primary and secondary structures to meet static requirements.
  • Extract fastener loads and perform joint analysis. Calculate Reserve Factors for various failure modes.
  • Identify mitigations using classical or numerical methods.
  • Prepare stress certification dossiers, including ACD4 and SSR reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

  • 5-7 Years of experience in stress analysis and finite element modeling.
  • Knowledge of structural mechanics and materials science.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
