Customer Service
  • Handle customer requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Capture customer feedback and update in the system.
  • Engage in telephonic and face-to-face conversations with customers.
  • Keep customers informed about repair updates.
Diagnosis and Repair
  • Analyze and diagnose scooter issues to determine required repairs.
  • Update diagnosis reports in the WMS system.
  • Perform repairs and final inspections on vehicles.
System Handling
  • Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update the system in real-time.
  • Operate the Workshop Management System (Getafix) with 100% adherence.
  • Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems.
  • Monitor scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre.
Technical Requirements
  • Be knowledgeable about OLA Scooter technical specifications.
  • Be able to repair or replace scooter parts.
  • Stay updated on OLA technical curricula and EV news.
Operational Requirements
  • Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre.
  • Ensure bays are clearly marked and free from foreign materials.
  • Invoice and collect payments accurately.
Inventory Management
  • Audit inventory levels to ensure system and physical inventory match.
  • Process GRNs and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre.
  • handle warranty part reverse logistics to the Mother workshop.
Compliance and Safety
  • Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters.
  • Use protective gear and handle tool kits properly.
  • Ensure fire-fighting equipment is in place.
Requirements
  • Male candidates only.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th+diploma/graduation/post-graduation (no ITI).
  • Minimum experience: 1 year in an automobile industry in the service sector.
