Job Title: Product Merchandiser – Jewelry Industry

Overview:

We specialize in custom-made, high-finish diamond jewelry, known for exceptional designs, quality, transparency, and competitive pricing.

Serving over 300 retailers across 55 cities in India, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful, timeless jewelry that caters to the most discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product merchandising and assortment strategies, analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles, ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams on product development, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
  • Conduct market research to track competitors and develop pricing strategies based on cost and market analysis.
  • Manage quality control and adherence to production timelines, ensuring smooth product flow and minimal stock issues.
  • Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools, defining positioning strategies.
  • Lead product launches from concept to rollout, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences.
  • Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with merchandising tools a plus.
  • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
