Jewel Fx is a creative design agency serving the global jewelry industry, offering CAD, rendering, and visualization and bespoke jewelry services to retailers, wholesalers, and e-commerce brands. Our upcoming MTO (Make-To-Order) Suite is a first-of-its-kind B2B platform that enables retailers to place and manage bespoke jewelry orders seamlessly.

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, performance marketing, and brand positioning for both Jewel Fx and the Make To Order Suite. This role will require you to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

  • Develop and execute B2B lead-gen strategies targeting jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and e-commerce brands globally.
  • Run and optimize  Ads, Google Ads, and niche industry campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing & automation workflows to nurture leads.
  • Build and execute  outreach and email marketing strategies
  • Track and optimize lead funnels across channels
  • Coordinate with sales & customer success teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.

Content & Brand Strategy

  • Collaborate with freelancers/agencies to create case studies, pitch decks, website content, carousels, and reels
  • Manage the Jewel Fx website and keep content updated and SEO-optimized
  • Develop and maintain brand tone, templates, and visual language

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Create case studies, presentations, and product collateral for Jewel Fx & MTO Suite.
  • Develop content marketing strategies including blogs, videos, and social media content relevant to the jewelry industry.
  • Oversee website content and landing page optimization for lead capture.

Founder Branding

  • Ghostwrite or coordinate weekly  posts and video content
  • Organize and promote webinars, speaking engagements, and thought-leadership opportunities
  • Build a personal brand roadmap to attract leads and establish industry authority

Market Positioning & Outreach

  • Identify and manage partnerships with trade associations, marketplaces, and industry influencers.
  • Plan event & trade show participation, including virtual showcases.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Use tools like Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and campaign dashboards to track ROI
  • Coordinate with performance marketers, video editors, and content writers
  • Own the monthly marketing calendar and manage budgets

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, luxury goods, jewelry, or creative services.
  • Experience with , cold email tools, and performance marketing
  • Sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand positioning
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team with high ownership
  • Strong grasp of B2B marketing funnels and account-based marketing (ABM).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the jewelry industry or creative/3D services
  • Past work with founders or startups to build a personal brand
