Job Summary:

The profile is related to selling technology-driven concept solutions to all manufacturing companies. We seek an industrial sales expert with experience in the automotive, steel, infrastructure, recycling waste management, and electrical and electronics industries to drive business growth by managing and expanding our industrial client base. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial product/service sales, working with procurement and finance teams, and a background in B2B marketplaces, e-commerce, or auction platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and deliver the yearly Sales Targets as assigned.
  • Manage internal team relations and ensure adequate customer service.
  • Manage external client, bidder relations to scale up revenues.
  • Ensure collections as per the PO/Mandate terms.
  • Map the industry / clients, identify and generate leads.
  • Establish contact with potential customers and follow up sales leads to generate Sales
  • Meet and present about our client's products & services to clients & prospects
  • Manage existing customer business and develop new customers for additional business.
  • Play the role of SPOC / KAM to address all the sales related activities.
  • Regular Update in CRM on Sales, Collections & Leads.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years in industrial product/service sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in B2B marketplaces, e-commerce, or auctions.
  • Client Handling: Ability to acquire new clients and manage at least 20 key accounts independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint (AI-driven presentations), and data analysis.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • B2B Tech Expertise: Experience in SaaS platform distribution is a plus.
