We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Specialist.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in end-to-end sales within Microsoft and equivalent enterprise applications.
  • You will be responsible for driving new business and lead generation, fostering strong customer relationships, and networking across complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proven experience in face-to-face selling with expertise in the Microsoft product suite, including D365, PowerApps, and Business Central.
  2. Exceptional skills in creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.
  3. Credible and passionate about building trust and mutual respect with technical and business audiences.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
  5. Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  6. Ability to foster strong customer relationships and network across complex organizations.
  7. Skills in managing multiple commercial processes, forecasting, and identifying challenges for positive outcomes.
  8. Develop and execute a sales strategy in designated territories, collaborating with vendor and industry teams.
  9. Arrange and conduct customer meetings, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' digital transformation roadmaps.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years B2B sales track record with a focus on Microsoft Sales and ERP solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Solutions (CRM, Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV, Finance and Operations).
  • Independent self-starter with a no-nonsense mentality.
  • Ability to translate industry business problems into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior consulting services sales experience required, with an understanding of Microsoft's Business Applications preferred.
