Expert Solutions Engineer

A senior-level position is available for a skilled solutions engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows. The successful candidate will have expertise in integrating Microsoft 365 apps with external systems and designing secure, scalable Power Platform solutions.

  • Design and develop Copilot Studio agents for internal and client workflows, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 apps.
  • BUILD POWER PLATFORM SOLUTIONS THAT STREAMLINE BUSINESS PROCESSES: Develop custom connectors to REST APIs and external services, implement API/webhook interactions, and instrument performance metrics.
  • PARTNER WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO DELIVER VALUE: Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, document patterns for reuse, and handover projects efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio: Design, deploy, and manage agents; prompt engineering; integrate with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint.
  • Power Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages; build custom connectors; integrate REST APIs/Azure services.
  • Scripting for Integrations: Write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
  • Business Partnering: Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions; collaborate across functions; problem-solve and optimize flows.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/400/600) or demonstrable Power Platform title/track record.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Azure AI/OpenAI Services & Azure AI Foundry SDK for model-backed apps; familiarity with responsible AI principles.
  • Programming exposure (Python, JavaScript, or C#) and Microsoft Graph API for deeper extensions.
