Job Description:
iSyncSF.com helps businesses migrate their valuable data between Salesforce orgs, enabling organizations to achieve seamless transitions efficiently and easily.
As we expand, we are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue and build brand awareness across targeted regions.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, including pre-sales activities and outreach campaigns, while also contributing to marketing initiatives.
Sales Responsibilities:
» Plan, execute and optimize targeted outreach campaigns via email, calls, , and other outreach methods.
» Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and lead quality.
» Identify and engage with prospective customers and understand their needs or challenges.
» Present iSyncSF's solutions, demonstrating how our platform addresses specific business pain points.
» Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.
» Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent sales progress updates.
Marketing Responsibilities:
» Assist in creating compelling sales collateral, such as brochures, pitch decks, and case studies.
» Contribute to content creation and collaborate on landing page and website updates.
» Work closely with the product team to ensure that sales and marketing efforts align with iSyncSF's value proposition and use cases.
Requirements:
» 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing (preferably within the SaaS/CRM domain)
» Strong written and verbal communication skills
» Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
» Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or
» A self-starter who thrives in an independent, results-oriented environment
