Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide technical and domain expertise for proposals (RFPs/RFQs) primarily in the areas of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform. They will help interpret client requirements, identify pain points, and provide solution-oriented input that proposal writers can convert into compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs and break down technical requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide insight into client pain points, expectations, and solution differentiators.
  • Work with proposal writers to develop technical sections, approaches, and win themes.
  • Translate delivery/operational knowledge into clear inputs for the proposal team.
  • Participate in SME interviews/workshops to brainstorm solutions and approaches.
  • Contribute to building a knowledge/content library of reusable material, case studies, and narrative frameworks.
  • Review draft proposals to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of domain expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience working with RFPs, RFQs, or client proposals is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and map them to practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Familiarity with U.S. government/SLED/commercial procurement processes is beneficial.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
