Technical Drafting Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Drafting Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans, collaborating closely with seniors and juniors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.

  • Create initial designs of structural elements, including footings, columns, retaining walls, slabs, beams, and various water tanks;
  • Develop detailed technical drawings using CAD software;
  • Review initial design & drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards;
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure initial design & drawings meet project requirements and deadlines;

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Proficiency in CAD drafting software;
  • Good knowledge of software like Etabs, SAFE & RCDC;
  • Strong knowledge of drawing reading skills and engineering principles;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
