Machine Learning Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in SQL, Python, and AWS Sagemaker to contribute to our team's data-driven initiatives.

This role is ideal for a problem-solver passionate about turning data into strategic value through predictive modeling and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Modeling and Analysis: Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models using Python and AWS SageMaker to drive next-best-action decisions and enhance customer engagement.
  • Campaign Performance Optimization: Analyze customer segmentation, lifetime value (CLV), and campaign performance to identify high-impact opportunities and maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align models with business objectives and operational workflows, ensuring seamless integration and efficient decision-making.
  • Model Deployment and Maintenance: Optimize model deployment on AWS, ensuring scalability, monitoring, and performance tuning to maintain peak performance and reliability.
  • Communication and Insights: Translate technical outcomes into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations, facilitating informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on commercial/customer analytics.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and cloud services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty or similar certifications.
  • Experience with big data tools or ML Ops practices.
