Drive Business Success with Data-Driven Insights

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business success by leveraging data-backed discussion, diagnosis, and decision-making for sales processes. Key responsibilities include collecting data from various sources, creating a centralized data warehouse, analyzing data to introduce innovative tools, and presenting findings in an easily understandable format.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Gather data from all relevant sources pertaining to company operations at any function or level
  • Design and implement a data warehouse to store information in one place using the most suitable technological solution
  • Analyze data and develop novel tools that provide easy and impactful data insights
  • Present findings in formats such as slides, charts, dashboards, and maps to facilitate impactful communication supporting high-level decision-making
  • Create automated dashboards to streamline inputs for pre-defined periodic sales and channel decisions
  • Develop customized analytics for non-repetitive decisions
  • Serve as a knowledge-sharing resource for co-located Marketing Analysts in the rollout of automated dashboards for Commercial Units

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or Commerce preferred
  • University degree with MBA or CA or equivalent
  • Prior experience in Data Management or Business Intelligence Analytics role
  • Critical thinking about business solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, statistical orientation, and visualization skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
